As a partner your income potential is unlimited. Why would a company give up so much of their profits? We are looking for the best electricians in the business, to get them; we know we have to pay the best in the business. We need people who are well motivated. Without good people, there will not be much or any profit. Any percentage of a reasonable profit is much better than 100% of no profit. Is there an investment required? Yes and No Partners are not required to make a cash investment in 1st Electric, LLC overall. Your investment is your time an dcapital for your own operations. We do not fund our partners' operations. You must have money for material, payroll just as you would with your own business. This part is much like being in business for yourself.  As being is business for yourself, you keep most of the profits! We do charge a small set up fee to defray the costs of setting up a new partner. Is this a franchise? No. The franchises companies we know about require a substantial investment and you still have to take care of all the other requirements as if you were on your own. This includes all the things we take care of like licensing help, bonding, insurance, payroll, accounting, etc., etc., etc. Franchise companies are great for some people, for all the others there is 1st Electric. We are unique. Do I get a paycheck and when? Paychecks are direct deposited each week into your personal account on Fridays. What is the catch? You are a business Partner. As a Partner, you are paid for jobs completed, collected, and deposited. We do not pay for non-productive time. We do offer ways to be compensated for drive time. If you are looking to be paid for sitting around drinking coffee, please go to work for one of our competitors. How much does it cost? There is a small setup fee. What does a Partnership include and pay? You are limited to services work until you have demonstrated the ability to do bigger jobs.  This may include obtaining your ER or EC license.
